Angel is awesome. Very comfortable atmosphere, I was so nervous to start personal training but the planning, attention and knowledge of Body Impact made it feel doable and I was excited to commit. The care towards the physical therapy side of movement has been especially helpful. I move better, feel better, have less chronic pain, and am stronger. Not only have I leaned out, my mental health has greatly improved and I trust my body more. No this isnt an amazing weight loss story, but those are gimmicks anyway. Ive gained so much power and knowledge through this training and I look forward to continuing to work on my body goals. Time spent with medical support, therapy, measurements, home workout and tailored nutrition planning is amazing. Angel is really dedicated to his clients. And I always have a great time in-studio. Some patience is required with communication and scheduling but I understand because Angel puts so much time and work into his gym and the people of Body Impact.
