Love BFT so much. The community is so nice and the trainers are so personable and easy to talk too. The coaches really want to help you achieve your goals. Every workout is unique and they will help you with the movement.

Hands down the best gym Ive ever stepped foot in and trust me, Ive tried a lot of gyms. Every coach here is incredible, and the programming is always changing, so boredom and plateaus dont stand a chance. Each class has TWO coaches (yes, two!) making sure your form is on point and cheering you on along the way.They use heart rate tracking and zones during class, which somehow makes workouts both more challenging and more fun. Plus there are medals involved. Gold, silver, or bronze its like adult PE, but way cooler.The community is truly something special: insanely supportive, super friendly, and refreshingly zero drama. You can tell this gym genuinely cares about its members you feel it the moment you walk through the door.Huge kudos to every amazing soul Ive met here and a massive shout-out to the BFT crew for creating such a special space. I truly couldnt recommend BFT more! Its a well rounded workout and has really helped me improve both my strength and my cardiovascular health, in a short amount of time.Whether you are an avid gym goer or a first timer, everyone can feel at home at BFT Huntington Beach.The standout of this gym is the community!!!
