The kind of place you can’t wait to go back to. They are supportive, attentive, energetic, and chill..all at the same time. As a former O2 fitness member, I like this much better. I played sports growing up and the vibe of “let’s do this and have fun” is rooted here. I need that “team” feeling to make the most of my workouts. No time for long chit chats. Perfect for my introvert self that wants community without ecxpectations. 😊

I've been going to BFT for about two months now and have loved every class I've taken! All of the instructors are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and you'll receive support during every workout. Workouts are super easy to modify if needed, too. I only go twice/week and every time I feel like I get the absolute most out of my workouts!
