I went headfirst into BFT—maybe that’s the Sagittarius in me. Living with an autoimmune condition for nearly 20 years, I was hesitant…especially when my first class felt like I accidentally joined a Fitness Hogwarts. But I stayed—and I’m glad I did. I’ve learned to advocate for myself: ask for modifications, adjust when needed, and honor my body. I’ve also learned that consistency beats intensity (and yes…sometimes reminding myself the waffles can wait is the real workout in me). And then there are those workouts…single-digit, pitch-dark mornings where getting out the door feels like a win. Mid-set, I’m asking if I’ve died thrice—but I still finish. Supportive coaches, a motivating environment, and space to listen to your body. At the end of the day, it’s what you make it—and for me, it’s been about building strength and showing up, even when I don’t feel like it.

This gym operates above industry standard in every way. The coaching is elite. Every coach is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. The facility is consistently clean and well maintained, and the owner sets a tone of professionalism and excellence that you feel the moment you walk in. It’s clear this place is run with pride. Highly recommend to anyone serious about getting better.

Great gym with excellent trainers. It’s perfect for women like myself who don’t always want to think or plan during a workout, the onsite trainers keep me on track. The gym is very clean and the staff feel like family. I rate five stars in all categories.
