Body Effect Sport

We have been taking our 12 year old son to Adam for almost 5 months. He plays basketball and his height shot up during the last year. He struggled with his coordination and balance. We also asked that increasing his vertical jump be a focus of the training.To say we have been impressed is an understatement. His balance and coordination have greatly increased, his vertical jump has increased over 5 inches, barefoot! Google needs to add more star options when it comes to BE Sports 5 stars is not even close to be enough, they need to have 10 or 20 star options!! When my daughter first started at BE Sport she was looking to get faster and stronger and that is exactly what Bryan did for her. With Bryans motivation and great training, she helped lead her soccer team to an undefeated soccer season. Since then, we moved out of state, and because of Bryan making the sessions fun and competitive it made her grow even stronger as an athlete to this day six months later. Bryan gave her the confidence to do bigger and better things at such a young age. Because of Bryans leadership, my daughter is now on the Olympic Development Program for Team USA as well as on one of the top ENCL teams in the country. BE sports built her confidence and her love to train. By the time we left out of state, my daughter went from the beginner class to the high school class at the age of 10. She seen her own results and wanted to capitalize on what she learned from BE sports. There are a lot of places that will train your kids, but with BE Sports, they will not only help train but also help your athlete to build the confidence to compete at a high level. Unfortunately we couldnt bring Bryan to the mid-west with us, but if you get an opportunity to train at BE sports, jump on the opportunity!!
