I love this gym so much! Ive been a member here for almost 4 years and Im obsessed. The instructors are wonderful; I love how much direction they give and constantly queue you on form. The energy is always great and the work out is a killer, in the best way! 10/10 recommend

Bunda is a great gym! Ive always enjoyed working out, but their workouts are incredibly effective. The combination of the StairMaster and strength training with dumbbells really works. Over time, you see how much stronger you become and it never really gets easier because youre always challenging yourself to lift heavier. The staff and trainers are wonderful and are always there to help and correct your form. The music in class is always great too, which makes the workouts even more fun and motivating!

The heavy days are tough in the best way: focused, empowering, and incredibly rewarding.The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in everyones progress, not just members. They prioritize proper form, push you when you need it, and create an environment that feels motivating but never intimidating.Great energy, great music, and an incredible staff who make you want to keep coming back. If youre looking for serious strength training in a supportive environment, this is the place.
