Dropped onto BLk FLG today late for a first time to Class. I know I know. Place is legit! Lots of room! Clean and different one offs that are nice to have! Ex. jerk Blocks. The coach/owner John was so welcoming and helpful. Still making sure I went a through a warm up and movement protocol. Impressed that he made sure I to get me moving and checked my movement regardless of acting like I didn’t want to be a bother and could just jump in. And the supplements Revenge are GREAT! I love RED TIDE flavor!
