The cable machines are always out of order and I'm general machines are always broken

I agree with other reviews. They couldnt even replace the water filter. Its been red for two months. They keep saying they would change it but never did

I joined for the stair master, every month a new one is broken. In January there were 4 working. Its barely March and were all expected to share 2 out of 5 machines because they cant find a technician. Not worth the 30/mo and yr fee.
