I started at this gym with just a one-day tryout in January. Not long after having my baby in by November 2024, I felt the need to do something for myself. Postpartum affects us in many ways every woman knows that and I wanted to rebuild my confidence and improve my self-esteem.Before that, I had done CrossFit for about a year at another gym, before getting pregnant. The classes were good, the coaches were involved, and the workouts worked. But honestly, I never felt what I feel here.What I found in this place goes beyond training.Over time, I became stronger, reached my weight goals ( Im down 158.7 lb to 132.3 lb) in a consistent and healthy way, and built a routine that truly became a habit. But the real difference, for me, has always been the people. There is genuine care here. They understand your needs and go deep into where you struggle whether its mobility, movement execution, or even things beyond the workout itself.Its also clear that this isnt just about training. Theres a real effort to maintain a friendly, family-like atmosphere between the coaches and the members. People check in on you, send messages, and genuinely care, not only about your performance, but about how youre doing outside the gym as well.When they talk about a family feeling, it doesnt sound like a catchphrase here. It actually happens. And if youve trained at other gyms and never felt that, I can confidently say that people truly make the difference in our lives.For me, training here became more than exercise. It became mental care, healthy habits, and an environment where friends, partners, and coaches became part of my story.
