Joining Blackbird CrossFit has been life changing. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and meet you where you are. Every workout is scalable, and the community there is nothing like it.

I definitely get skeptical at solid 5 star places, but this gym is worth the 5 stars.Whenever you walk in (new, trying a class, or becoming a regular), you're greeted/welcomed by a coach. It might be a quick "hi" if they are working with someone, bit of you look new, they make the effort to speak with you.As someone new to CrossFit, I was hesitant, but the coaches & other members so far have been great.The coaches have been great with each being able to give different feedback to assist in your fitness journey.I like that they also offer weightlifting & yoga (plus youth related stuff that I don't know much about)

I did a drop in class this morning and was a little nervous being at a new CF gym. Coach Rebecca was amazing from the start. Her WOD description, warmups, skill instruction and overall coaching was a 10/10. The attention to detail with positive corrections on my form was greatly appreciated. I have done CF for 13 months and Rebecca made me feel right at home. Black Birds community is what CrossFit is all about. Thank you to Coach Rebecca and all the athletes a BBCF.Dave from Tampa
