We love black sheep. Their youth programs are amazing. My son enjoys going, the coaches are challenging and supportive, and he has seen improvements in a short time. I love that I can work out at the same time and not waste the hour and a half sitting there.

My kids absolutely love going to black sheep to do speed & agility training. We love all the trainers and my kids have shown significant positive growth in their sports from cross training here. They have gotten stronger, faster and more confident. Couldnt say enough great things and what black sheep is doing!!!
