By far the best trainer I ever had. From the moment I started my training, Berry has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and motivating. Every session is challenging but with Berrys high energy, positive attitude, and encouragement keeps everyone motivated. Since starting with B, I’ve seen significant improvement in my strength, endurance, and confidence. If you’re looking for a professional trainer who is supportive, skilled, and passionate about what they do “Berryfit” is the only place to be! Girls love the TRENCHES!
