I’ve been training with Ron for a few months now, and the results speak for themselves. I’m down 24 pounds of fat and up 12 pounds of muscle. That alone would earn five stars. Ron is fun, motivating, and very serious about results. He’s tough on both diet and workouts, and he doesn’t let you coast. He pushes your limits in a way that’s challenging but effective. Fair warning: he is absolutely obsessed with leg days. They destroy me every time, and somehow that’s when he’s the happiest. If you want real progress, structure, and a trainer who actually holds you accountable while keeping the energy high, Ron is the real deal.
