I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The biggest issue with this gym isn’t the equipment — it’s the owner. There is a consistent pattern of blaming customers for situations that stem from poor communication and inconsistent policies. I experienced erroneous billing, and instead of accountability, the response was to deflect and claim “company policy” — policies that were never clearly communicated and seem to appear only when convenient. Customer service starts at the top, and unfortunately that’s where this place struggles most. Concerns are met with defensiveness, facts get twisted, and somehow the customer always ends up being portrayed as the problem. That’s not professionalism — that’s avoidance of responsibility. Integrity matters in business. Owning mistakes matters. Respecting your members matters. When leadership lacks those qualities, people leave — and they have. The turnover speaks for itself. Also with every review the owner will blame the customer which is unfortunate. I’ve trained in gyms all over the country and internationally, and based purely on leadership and customer experience, this ranks near the bottom of my list. If you’re considering joining, just be aware that how issues are handled matters as much as the facility itself.
