This gym is a great place to stay active and motivated. The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of machines for different workouts. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to provide helpful guidance. I really enjoy the positive and energetic atmosphere here. It makes workouts more enjoyable and helps me stay consistent with my fitness routine. 💪

I’ve been to several sites (Atlanta, Austin) and Minneapolis is the best. Definitely try out one of Sam’s classes. The instructors and staff create an incredibly fun and welcoming environment and makes everyone want to keep coming back.

Brittany gave instructions about what was about to come up followed by instructions as we were supposed to do the exercise. She was clear in both the treadmill and lifting instructions simultaneously. She made me feel very comfortable and included by seeking me out prior to the start to confirm it was my first class and many shout outs during the workout.
