Very intense HIIT. Loved the instructor. The people at the front desk could have explained a little better what the flow was going to be like. We didnt know we would be alternating stations. Other than that, the workout was amazing

Great class! Instructor was 10/10, he was prepared and encouraging! It was me and my friend's first time, we showed up 20 minutes early, and the front staff members let us know what numbers we'd be, but when the class started, she came in the room and told us we're were on someone else's treadmill. They never explained that there were different starting points (floor vs treadmill). Instead of clarifying, she coldly kept saying we were in someone else's spot and that we needed to move (even though we were at the correct numbers). Both my friend and I were confused why we weren't told exactly where we'd start during our several minutes we had before class.

Roshan is a great coach. Very energetic and encouraging. The class was the perfect amount of challenging.
