Im stronger than Ive ever been, have a great community of people who encourage me to be better every single day, and have learned so much about my abilities to get comfortable being uncomfortable. I love this gym. Classic CrossFit programming, friendly and detail-oriented coaching, and a great community. There are many good gyms in the area, but I like Bantam because the staff faithfully carries out the CrossFit methodology without trying to "improve" it. Steph and co. are excellent coaches who have been in CrossFit many years.Small thing, but the fact that they don't play games with membership commitments and they list their pricing right on the website says a lot. This is a gym run by no-nonsense people who are in it for the right reasons.Whether you're a beginner looking to experience CrossFit for the first time or a curmudgeonly old timer like myself, this is a great box to land at!
