I want to start by saying that I love this gym! It has vintage Life Fitness machines that you do not find that much anywhere else. They even have a lateral raise machine, but I wish they would put the pads on it. You might as well not bother using it without the pads. The leg curl machine is very frustrating because the seat gets stuck constantly, and it is very difficult to adjust. The Hammer Strength machines here are mostly plate-loaded, which I prefer. The major downside to this is that members never re-rack their weights. I was the only one there last night and decided to take all the weights off the machines. There were 17 different machines, barbells, or curl bars that I had to re-rack. I wish other members had more respect for the gym that they are spending their hard-earned money to use, and I wish the employees would enforce the rule about re-racking weights. Also, it would be nice if they could fix the broken treadmills because there are only three that are working. If you want to do cardio on a treadmill, good luck.
