Athlete Ready

Been going for about 7 months now and honestly feel the best I have in years. I am stronger, healthier both physically and mentally. Coach Rob Wilder always has me locked in, and with Jared and Roman too… what they’re teaching really can’t be matched.

Being part of the Athlete Ready program has honestly been such a positive experience for me. Coach Roman has been a huge blessing; he’s super understanding and really makes you feel welcome no matter where you’re at. Life can get busy or overwhelming sometimes, but they’re always patient and work with you instead of against you. What I appreciate the most is how they actually listen and care about my past injuries, and they adjust workouts so they fit me personally. It’s not just a one-size-fits-all program, which makes a big difference. You can tell they genuinely want you to improve and stay healthy. I’ve even tried getting other athletes to join because of how impactful it’s been for me. Overall, it’s a supportive environment that helps you grow at your own pace, and I’m really grateful to be a part of it.

I never liked to go to the gym before because I thought it was boring, but a friend brought me to Athlete Ready and now I want to go every day. The workouts are fun and I like the community there. There's always people of all ages and conditions and everyone is so nice.
