Ardent CrossFit

I highly recommend this gym. Honestly can't think of anything they could do to improve. Coaches are knowledgeable, atmosphere of the gym is good, class times are convenient, and the app for scheduling is easy to use.

I dropped into Ardent this past week, and it was a great experience! The coaches were great and the owner was helpful and friendly. The equipment was also well kept and the gym was clean. I didnt get to talk to the members too much but it seemed very communal. Definitely will be back when Im in town again!
