Training with Mary Smith at Apex Fitness - she’s the real deal Been working with Mary for about a month and she’s exactly what I was looking for. Her training approach is smart and effective: • Programming hits all the essentials - mobility, strength, power in logical progression • Reads your limits perfectly and knows when to push harder • Her TRX knowledge is extensive - uses it strategically, not just for variety • Shows up prepared and focused every single session Apex Fitness in Cross River is dialed in. Clean, well-equipped facility that’s serious about training. The atmosphere is focused - staff and members are there to train hard, not just go through the motions. Perfect environment for getting after it. Mary’s coaching style is what I needed - challenging sessions that actually move my conditioning forward. She’s direct, well-prepared, and doesn’t mess around. The TRX work especially has been game-changing for my functional strength. Really happy with this setup. Worth every session.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
