I like the small intimate size of the gym, it has everything I need to complete my goal. For me I do not need anything fancy and the times I go in the morning are not busy at all. I hear about people complain about the not wearing outside shoes, which I totally understand. Anywho's I have been a memeber for about a month or two and I love it

I recently canceled my membership. When we first joined with a family membership, this gym truly felt like it had everything we needed. Over the last 23 years, however, it has become increasingly neglected. Multiple machines are broken, equipment is disorganized, the space often feels unclean, and the overall atmosphere feels uninspired.Yes, there are other options, and I chose to leave, but many Hanover residents continue coming simply because its close to home. Convenience shouldnt replace quality. My husband is an avid gym-goer here (out of convenience) and its genuinely disappointing to see a business represent itself this way. I hope meaningful improvements are made for the community. Or for the love of God give this location away to a new business owner who actually cares.
