The ridiculous price you pay for this membership you would expect the facility to be in great shape but it is not. I don't think there has been any upgrades in the past 10+ years. I was a member at this specific location for over 2 years and the quality only declined with all the staff turnover. The weights are literally falling apart and there was a flooding incident that left the gym with a lingering smell that has not gone away. This sets the expectation for the gym with people not putting their weights back and leaving trash out. There aren't any locker rooms and the size of the gym is small and apparently only getting smaller as it's rumored they're selling a portion to another business. Jason's review is on point overall and what you should expect when you attempt to cancel.

It's terrible. Customers want to cancel their membership, but the process is complicated, and they still want to charge monthly fees. It's truly awful.
