Extremely unprofessional staff, zero communication, and a stressful cancellation process.My experience with this Anytime Fitness location has been awful from start to finish. I tried repeatedly to cancel my membership and training for 28 days (11/11-12/9), and the staff made it incredibly difficult at every step. I emailed corporate twice, texted the location multiple times, and called over and over, every time I called, the employees were sitting right there but ignored the phone completely.When I finally went in person, I was told my membership had been cancelled but that I still owed a 300 fee, something nobody mentioned ahead of time. Even worse, they informed me I would still be billed for an additional 30 days on top of the fee. There was zero transparency and no effort to communicate clearly or professionally.I even stopped by during posted staffed hours (before 7pm) to request confirmation, and the staff had already left early. Only after multiple extra attempts did I finally get a written confirmation of my cancellation.This location shows a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Ignored calls, unclear policies, misinformation, and staff who disappear early, the whole process was exhausting and unnecessarily stressful. There are plenty of gyms that are honest and respectful of their members. I would strongly recommend choosing literally any other fitness center before dealing with this one.Follow-Up: I want to note that the screenshots attached to my review clearly show that my messages and calls were not responded to, even though staff claimed otherwise in their reply. I'm glad the cancellation is finally resolved, but the communication issues shown in the photos were the main reason I wrote this review. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect.
