My friend called this facility twice and left messages, and emailed them once about a new membership and they dont return calls or messages. I brought her in to workout with me and because I let her in the door they banned me from the location by locking my key out. I went in to talk with them and the kid working there denied ever receiving calls or messages about a memberships even though I have screenshots to prove it. Not sure why they would lie about that, just make it right and give her the membership she wants. Terrible customer service

I have been a member here for about 2 years and I really enjoy this gym! There is a large variety of equipment and areas to work out. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Jonny is very nice and always has answers to my questions. My favorite part is how it is always open! I enjoy working out at odd times so the accessibility is so appreciated. If you're looking for a new gym, I recommend AF!!

I love counting on coming into the gym and being greeted with smiles and hellos by the office employees. They are always very helpful and very kind. This gym has a strong sense of community similar to a small town gym and I have never had a bad experience here. This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to and I really enjoy the layout of the equipment as well. The cleaning sprays are always full and the rags are always clean which I enjoy. I especially enjoy the concept off rags over paper towels since there is zero waste.
