Swift Creek. Theres no space to stretch. Upon starting a membership, you are given a tour. The tour includes two big rooms, and is told can be used for stretching, yoga, meditation, etc. However, suddenly, those two rooms are no longer available, unless you sign up for a class. The rooms are locked unless a room is in session. ITS ALMOST ALWAYS LOCKED!!! Now, the availabe space to stretch is scarce. Im looking for a new gym. I pay too much money to have this weird restrictions. I need to be able to stretch. Oh and that manager, yikes, avoid him, he can be rude.This response from the owner seems to bedisingenuous, because some classes are held on the first floor near the treadmill. Again, the spacing to stretch depending on time of arrival is very limited. Theres literally no equipment in the "yoga" room. If you are referring to the mats, so be it. However, you can buy a cabinet with lock to store the mats. I doubt anyone will steal the mirrors mounted to the wall.

Terrible management- all studios are now locked unless a class is occurring due to an individual incident at another location. Membership includes access to these areas and the whole is being punished for an incident of a few. There are many other solutions to address further incidents that dont involve punishing the entire gym community who pays for those areas. Will be looking into other gyms.
