Great gym! Very friendly and approachable, and I swear I felt results so quickly. I felt the like the coaches explain things well, allow you to go at your own pace, and I leave every workout feeling great!

I've been working out at Altitude for over two years - doing both classes and personal training. There's so much I love about this gym, but the coaches really make it special. They pay close attention to your form and make sure you're doing everything right, plus they make the classes really fun. The class sizes are perfect (not too big, not too small) and they always have a clear plan for what we're doing. They plan the classes out strategically to make sure we get a full overall body workout. I love how they watch our technique - it makes such a difference!! The classes have been amazing for getting stronger, making new friends, and bonus: I've lost 50lbs.Now I'm back to skiing and hiking without feeling completely destroyed after. I'm stronger than I've ever been and actually look forward to coming to the gym.
