As a trucker I usually workout at planet fitness cause theyre everywhere I typically go. BUT I used to be a powerlifter and am used to the gyms that are more geared towards that. This gym is amazing, ended up going 2 days and the day passes are under priced if you ask me. I love Alpha Fitness, its definitely for serious lifters and also for anyone else who just wants to get healthy. Johnyee is very professional and really nice, wish I had one of these gyms everywhere I went. Blasted legs last night and Im having trouble getting in my truck, that pendulum squat is definitely something Ive been missing in my leg workouts for a long time. I just cant say enough to show how great I think this set up is, go try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed if you really want change in your life to be healthy. Alpha has the best culture and atmosphere for fitness in town. I was a part of the community for many years, and still get my lifts in when I go back to Pitt. All ages and fitness levels accepted & always without judgement. Johnyee is so welcoming and motivating - you wont regret being a member at Alpha.
