I can’t give this place enough praise for the week pass I could get for when I visited home. This spot if perfect for anyone that enjoys the gym and wants to get away from corporate. The minute I walked in was on point till the moment I left. This place deserves a better spot on google search for the area.

The owner is super sweet! She helped me get my membership all set up and I was ready to roll today! The gym is a perfect size with all the machines I need and cardio equipment. I can't wait to try out the classes!!
