All-Star Academy Gymnastics: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

My kiddo had some gymnastics when she was little and then we moved onto swimming. Recently, she talked about wanting to learn how to do front and back flips and we wanted to make that happen, but she’s 11 and would be in classes with little kids. So, Madi at All-Star has been working on moves that will help get her there and hopefully land her in a class that is t for super little :) So far, our child has loved this experience and she was really nervous about it. After the first 30 minute experience (she stated, “it felt like 5” minutes and she didn’t want it to end :) She just had her second lesson and we did an hour and she worked hard and there has been a great deal of progress. She also did a cartwheel clinic as she can’t do one yet and that was rough for her as all the kids were far younger… we expected that but had hoped for at least one older…. :). Put your kids in gymnastics early if it’s important to you or them :) Anyway, she is still excited to go and their policy offers 4 lessons then you have to join/be in a class. For me it’s frustrating as I wish she could know more skills before joining as she might progress quicker… but I am a worrier and Madi has been nothing but awesome so I am sure she will take care of our kiddo… This Sunday, she will be trying their open gym time… she has a few skills to work on and she is excited so it just adds to the experience! Wonderful place to be and the cameras are awesome.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! I need negative stars for this review - one star is way too nice. The owners are unprofessional, rude, and simply disrespectful. They DO NOT care about the girls - they only care you pay them. We had a terrible experience with customer service at this gym. I am not sure how they are still in business. Our daughter switched to a different gym, and we absolutely love it there. What a difference! Many of her friends left All Star too, and every parent I talk to shares the same experience and same story I have about this place. It’s not just me. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this gym. I am willing to pay more elsewhere, but will never go back and support this business. Not sure who leaves them positive reviews, but I have not talked to any parent who is pleased with their services. And do not be fooled by a polite response to this post - they will try...
