I have been a client at All Day Physique for 9 months. I am 67 years old. When I started I weighed 254 pounds had 22 percent body fat. I could barely touch the ground with my fingertips.I have numerous spinal support metal, both knees are replaced, shoulder and ankle hardware as well.Today I am under 200 pounds, 11 percent body fat and I am much more flexible.Aaron worked around all my injuries and hardware to reverse-age my joints, ligaments and tendons. My wife has noticed the new muscle starting to appear! I could not be happier with my results so far and I am looking forward to even more progress. In my mind Aaron is a genius physical trainer.I encourage anyone any age to come here and get your life back.

This is hands down the best gym in the state. The owner is extremely friendly, caring, and hard working.
