AHF Fitness: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

I’ve been coming to this gym Since the first day it opened. It was a great addition to the community. It’s very clean and maintained. Very great staff, Ethan and Donald are always polite. Ethan always the man to go to when we need some advice.

I’m only leaving a review bc I don’t see an email on their site or instagram. I went in 1x and immediately a man approached me about personal training and i felt really intimidated. I’m sure he had good intentions, but i have a lot of anxiety about gyms and did not want to be approached. 2 weeks later, I got the courage to try to workout again. I called the gym to see if I could come and requested to not be approached by anyone bc of this anxiety. The person on the phone told me “well, he owns the place, I can’t tell him what to do”. Then I replied “ok so, i guess I shouldn’t come at all then?” and he said “uh huh” and hung up. I never write reviews but i’m sad that the space seemed to be a safe place for someone like me when the call proved otherwise. Again, if the gym had an email on their website or instagram i would contact them directly. The interaction was truly unkind.
