This gym is incredible! I’ve been training here for over a year and a half. The staff is very kind, and they’re also highly skilled fighters. I’ve trained at several gyms across multiple continents, and I can honestly say this gym has the best culture. The coaches and team are extremely helpful and make training fun while still maintaining a disciplined and high-level MMA environment. Amy runs the front desk and is amazing at what she does. Court and Dayne are elite fighters with incredible knowledge. If you’re looking for a jiu jitsu, kickboxing, or MMA gym in Utah, Agema is the place to be.

My kids are learning incredibly fast. The coaches are kind and patient and silly and stern, the perfect mixture the keep the kids attention and still making class fun. The kids are supportive of each other and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The parents are just as supportive of everyone. I couldn’t ask for a better team to teach my kids. They’re retaining and practicing and having the time of their lives.

Stopped by Agema Jiu Jitsu while in Utah for work and they were so kind to let us work in and get some mat time! The coaches and atmosphere are very welcoming. The gym is clean and spacious! Also an area with weights, assault bikes, heavy bags, row machines, etc. for all types of training. Got it all here, recommend checking it out!
