It's really great! I've seen fast improvement in my mobility and love my results in such short period of time!! Very helpful and outgoing coach and everyone is always in an friendly ready to train mood!! Look forward to going every day!! Definitely worth it

Best coach and gym around! I have never felt better or been more fit. Definitely a must to check this place out as a visitor to Campbellsville looking for a good workout, or as a potential local member.
