The trainers and staff are very friendly and helpful. They also make it smooth and easy to cancel your membership if needed, I had a great experience overall

I'd like to preface by saying the trainers at 9round are great as are the workouts. However I'd be very cautious of going here if you're using an employer sponsored fitness plan. I had a very poor experience where I was significantly overcharged, and despite repeated attempts to communicate with this gym over months they still have not refunded me. This is truly disappointing because I've given them multiple chances to rectify their actions, however at this point it has been 3 months which is unacceptable. I'm disappointed and could not recommend this gym because of this-- feeling taken advantage of really soured my previously positive impression. Upon reading other reviews its evident mishandling of customer billing is not an isolated issue.

Great place to workout. Flexible and can be intense or relaxing. Trainers Sumit and Joanne are great.
