This is the best workout Ive ever had. Its an intense & efficient 30 minutes of 9 rounds of different exercises & kickboxing routines. Every single day is a completely different workout so that you get an incredible full body workout each time. The owner & other trainers are all fantastic & the energy & music are always high & motivating. Try it out & youll join the same day like I did. I cant recommend it highly enough!

This is more than a kickboxing gym, it's a whole family vibe! Love love it. I've drank the "kool-aid" and will always be a apart of this squad

I've been a loyal member of 9Rounds Kickboxing for three fantastic years! The trainers, Jacob and Faith, along with owner Steve have consistently provided top-notch guidance and support. Their expertise and dedication have made my fitness journey enjoyable and rewarding. Grateful for the positive atmosphere and the commitment of the entire team at 9Rounds Kickboxing!
