I absolutely love nine round, literally only takes 30 Minutes. Its a small gym, and often times I am there alone, allowing for one on one time with the trainer/owner Klaudia, which is great!I had a baby in July, and was struggling to find a gym where I can bring her with me. I take her with me in morning hours, and she loves to sit and watch.The workout circuit changes every day so that I dont get bored or stale with the same routine. I always leave feeling accomplished and proud of myself for being able to finish the workouts.Literally HIGHLY recommend.
