This is THE best gym I've been to. It is not just an incredible workout. It is the most welcoming bunch of trainers and environment I've experienced. They push you when they know you can be pushed, modify workouts when you need it, and give you laughs along the way (when you want, which always helps me!). It's also super convenient being able to show up whenever. There's no class times, so you show up, and go through the circuit. I enjoy the times on mits with the trainers too. I feel like I'm getting stronger while having fun (and I actually kind of hate working out!). You get a free class to try, so definitely give it a go. Chris, the owner, will walk you through each station and then not be pushy sales at the end, but if you're like me, you'll sign up immediately!

This place is simply awesome. All of the trainers make you feel welcome and at home no matter the level youre at. Chris is so great at meeting you where you are at and is such a great coach. Ive had some kickboxing experience, and I feel pushed in good ways that are both motivating and challenging. This is my very favorite boxing place in the Denver area.
