Ive been going to 5th Row Lifting for a couple of years now, and I cant recommend it enough. Clay is an amazing trainerhe really listens and tailors everything to what I need. Hes great about adjusting workouts when needed and is super flexible with my busy work and personal schedule, which makes a huge difference.Hes always encouraging me to push harder while also taking the time to talk through different techniques and things I can focus on to improve. Ive learned a lot and feel stronger because of it.Also, the gym having showers available is a game changer for meI honestly wouldnt be able to make it work without that convenience.If youre looking for personal training, I would absolutely recommend 5th Row Lifting. I started training with Madison while recovering from an injury and she has been incredible at tailoring workouts to my abilities. My mobility and strength have quickly improved, she makes every session tough but enjoyable and really keeps me motivated! Everyone Ive met at 5th Row has been very welcoming. Highly recommended!
