No BS, straight to the point, get it done! Jason is amazing in every way. Consistent follow up and will tell you what you do not want to hear to remind you of your goals. I've fallen off track a couple times and he gave it to me straight. Reminded me of our very first conversation, of course things I knew but didn't want to hear just to get me back on track. I really needed that as my stubborness gets in my way at times. His knowledge in nutrition and fitness gives you your ideal coach celebrities dream about. I've had a few personal trainers in the past and none of them can compete with Jason. You definitely get your money's worth! Don't wait and call him today to get on your own road of health and fitness.
