321 Wellness; Mishigami CrossFit: Memberships, Fees, Classes, and Facilities

After years of a very sedentary lifestyle, I decided it was time for a change. I found 321 by googling gyms and fitness in my area. I'm so glad I chose them!! The coaches and staff at 321 are amazing. And the community!!! Everyone is supportive of each other in every stage of their journey. I was VERY intimidated by CrossFit, but theyhave made me feel welcomed from the start. You are not pushed or pressured to do anything you aren't ready to do. Can't do a pull up? That's ok! There are scaled options to help you get there! Got an injury? That's ok!! They will work with you to keep you moving and not aggrivate the injury. And they offer medical message to help you recover from that injury. ☺️. They also offer nutritional coaching to help you with your lifestyle change, the healthy way!! I've gone from being very sedentary to looking forward to the workouts all week. Best choice I've made. And....my husband and son also joined. Nothing better than having family support. Check them out!! You will not regret it!

I joined 321 Wellness in 2023 looking for accountability & a workout community. I am an older gym member and had always worked out on my own at home. Joining 321 Wellness as my first gym to join was the best decision. The Workouts can be tough, but afterwards I feel great knowing I did something to stay healthy & moving! They offer a wide variety of scheduled classes throughout the day for working & non working members. Coaches are amazing and I really strive to help you do your best to stay healthy & motivated! 321 is so much more than just workouts, Sarah & Kare have built a community that is encouraging, supportive, and non-judgmental. They also do so many extra activities, whether it’s extra challenge activities, as teams or individual, or out of gym group activities, all fun! I had to stop for a while due to a health issue, but I am really missing the consistent workouts & mostly the community. Hope to get back soon!
