21 Grams Gym

This is the best gym in the area. Small class sizes, very knowledgeable coaches, plenty of open gym time, and a strategic training schedule which progressively builds functional strength while correcting imbalances. When I began training here I was weak in a couple areas and had some nagging injuries. Now I feel strong and confident. Awesome gym!

I was overweight, in lots of pain, and basically falling apart when I joined. The coaches helped me learn how to train properly with good form. And they encouraged me to work harder than I thought possible. Now I'm stronger than ever and not afraid of being seen without my shirt on. I also gained the confidence to work out in any gym by myself or try other things like rowing and yoga. I might even take a dance class next.

I have been going to 21 grams for 2 months now and I have to say it's one of the best experiences I've had in a focussed workout environment. I used to train as a professional downhill mountain biker and am now just looking to improve my strength and general confidence. I found results in 2 weeks at this gym and am completely addicted to the awesome people who coach and attend, the well developed workouts, and the positive vibe. I usually attend Tyson Millers classes and have never had a male go out of his way to make me feel safe and respected. That is super important for me as a female, and it sealed the deal for me. I HIGHLY recommend this gym, especially for those who want to take their fitness and strength to the next level.
