I’ve been training here for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! The classes are small (max 8 people), so you get a lot of personal attention.Coach Jason is incredibly attentive, supportive, and always makes sure you’re doing everything safely and correctly. The schedule is super convenient — there are classes at 6am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, and 7pm. On weekends the schedule is a bit different, but still very accommodating. The community here is amazing 😀everyone is friendly and motivating, and it really feels like a team💪 I even signed up my husband, and even though he’s only in town a couple times a month, he never misses a session when he’s here, he loves it too! I’m meet Jason in 2023. At that time, I took a few classes with him to get familiarized with Crossfit. I decided to go in a different direction. Present day (2 years later) after realizing what a mistake I made the previous two years. I joined Crossfit 118 just two months ago, I have noticed the most dramatic change in my body I have seen in the past 20 years. Jason & Maria are knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the correct direction. They will tailor a program specifically for your level. The members here are also wonderful.
