Coach Len's approach to personal training is not your typical approach and neither is his gym... and truthfully, it's the reason I enjoy my training sessions and keep going back for more. I train with a small group of women. We are all at different stages of our strength/ health journey and Coach Len makes our training sessions impactful for us each as individuals! If you're curious about the sessions, give him a call. You can schedule a free assessment and see if you enjoy the environment. I was nervous going into my first week, but I knew it was time for me to change my lifestyle. I want to enjoy these years ahead without the aches, pains and insecurities. I'm putting ME first and it's so rewarding! Thanks Coach!!

I’ve been going there for 2 months now and my overall mood has improved significantly along with my balance and coordination! Last week I tripped and because I have been getting the training here I was able to stop the fall without hurting myself! 10/10!
