I have been a member there for 5+ years and just recently had some issues with the place. I talked with management who said they were going to take care of the issue and nothing else happened Decided to call corporate hoping that they may be able to take care of these issues. Went in to work out and had one of the front desk people come up to me mid workout and tell me that my membership has been canceled. I had little and none interaction with this person with the exception of a smug attitude. I would look for a different fitness center because they will promise you anything to get you to sign the paper and then the follow through is nothing The staff used to be good, but they have really gone downhill. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually do care about members and customer service because this is not the place
