Training with Richie is fantastic. Not only is he a pro and absolutely knows what he's doing, he's also patient and takes the time to explain things. He answers all of my questions amd is also flexible with scheduling when need be. I've been seeing him for almost a year now and it's completely changed the way I feel. Lastly, with all the people who train here there's a strong sense of community. Highly recommended!

It’s a great private gym. Small but has all the equipment that you’ll find at a corporate gym. Owner is great, knows his stuff. They offer personal training for those that need some extra motivation. Depending on what your personal goals are, the staff at the Iron Colosseum will get you on the right path .Had a double hip replacement done 2021 and have been getting stronger with every workout. It’s been a journey but well worth it.
