I trained for years at HitFitness Warehouse and it was one of the most impactful experiences of my lifenot just physically, but mentally and professionally.Kevin and Carolina don't just train your body. They understand the psychology of performance. Every workout was designed to push you past what you thought were your limits and teach you how to respond when things get hard. Sometimes that meant unconventional workouts, intense conditioning, or challenges that forced you to dig deep. But thats exactly the pointthey are building resilience, discipline, and mental toughness.What I didnt realize at the time was how much that mindset would carry over into the rest of my life. The lessons from that facility showed up in my business, my decision-making, and how I handle pressure. They train athletes, but they also train people to think differently about challenges.If youre looking for a typical gym experience, this isnt it. But if you want to be pushed, challenged, and develop a level of mental and physical toughness that stays with you for years, HitFitness Warehouse is the real deal.Much respect and gratiutude to Kevin and Carolina and the environment they created there.

My wife & I are 15yr+ CrossFitters from NY & were staying with some friends nearby. We dropped in @ HIT Fitness Warehouse 2x & had a great time. It's a well stocked & laid out facility, Carolina our coach was super friendly, attentive & generous, & the programming was fun, challenging & well thought out.Great vibes!If we lived nearby, this is where we would work out.Highly recommend!Tomy & Coleen
