I was in Milwaukee for a week to see family. Dropped by this gym. Loved the workouts and the community. Definitely kicked my butt haha. Will definitely return here to drop in every time I visit Milwaukee to see family

6''4" 350lbs - writing this for all my fellow big folks! I was skeptical after previous Crossfit experiences, but I'm so glad I joined. Coaches are pretty awesome across the board, although Ian is my ride or die. Peer encouragement and attitude is off the charts - leave your gym bro ego at the door! You can be there just for a good sweat, to condition as an elite athlete, to hit a 405lb deadlift... scalable scalable scalable to whatever your goals are. Marcela cares so much about her business and your success. It's sincerely refreshing. If you're a big boy or gal worried about fitting in, you won't be the only one. We out here, too!
