Hes also genuinely available for his clients, which is so rare in this day and age.He thinks non-linearly, which is incredibly unusual in todays fitness environment, and it makes a huge difference. Central Athlete is exactly what I've been looking for! I've had reoccurring injuries the past couple of years that I've thrown too much money at with physical therapy, massages, etc. I was tired of guessing and coming up short. CA takes all the guessing out of it - starting with a comprehensive assessment, pairing me with an incredible coach who has built a strength program to target my areas of concern. Above all, the education and support this team has given me is unmatched. They paint the entire picture for me which makes me more motivated, more disciplined, and just more happy overall.
